Hi all,

just recieved my nifty fifty, the only problem is i am at work and i really want to go home and use it, i can tell today id going to go so slooowww..

also noticed that it says that it is a 52mm diameter, is this just for filters etc.. i.e. will it fit on my 400D, ( i think i know myself but just want to double check)

It sure will. It's a really great lens for the money sharp and fast. I use mine on my 400D all the time and love it. Look forward to seeing the shots you produce with it. 52mm is for filters etc.. :)
 
phew, thought i had bought the wrong size or something, i sure will post some pics once i get used to it.

got one on my 400D really love the DOF with it and still use it today.
i have an 85mm 1.8 on order as would like a little more reach.
