Hi all,

I'm thinking about going to the Nicky Grist Rally in a couple of weeks and was just wondering where exactly you're allowed to go as a spectator? Also if anyone has any suggestions on good spots.

TIA,

Scott.

Hi Scott,

Some basic spectator information has been put up on the website here:

http://www.nickygriststages.co.uk/spectators.php

You really can't go wrong with either the Monument or Route 60 stages, they're two of my favourite stages in Wales with plenty of photo opportunities.

As an example, these are the type of shots you can expect:

Monument:

Route 60:

All of those locations are within easy walking distance of Spectator parking.

Hope that helps,

Rhod

Thanks Rhod.

I take it from the pictures (esp 3) that spectators aren't confined to just the spectator areas. I went to the Somerset stages earlier this year and stayed in the rather poor spectator area thinking that I couldn't go anywhere else, found out when I got back that I was wrong and it was just a suggestion :bonk:

Great shots btw, love the dust trail in 2.

Scott.

As long as you're sensible Scott and arrive in plenty of time, there are very few restrictions and you'll be free to roam about.

Rhod

Thanks again mate. Now I just hope the weather is better than it is now.
