Newbie!!

Thought I had better take time and say hello and introduce my self! Andrew or Andy everyone! Been into photography for a while now looking at investing in my first DSLR and got pointed in the direction of this forum!! Sound like im at a & a dont i lol! So any help and suggestions as for which camera and place to purchase is always welcome!

Cheers for that link Matt, so got me self over the shops this morning, thinking of going for the Canon 450D I liked the feel of it and the Nikon D60 which they told me was the new one instead of D40x ?? Anyone confirm this?!
