newbie with first dslr

Hi Peeps

Been admiring friends pics for some considerable time now so felt it was about time to get sorted and got a dslr.

I chose the Canon 400D in the end.

Results are getting usable.

Few pics so you can see where i'm upto (low res)...

Ah James - fancy finding you here

Dave - not mine as mines currently sat on the drive being stripped ready for new turbo's - though the car scene is one of the main reasons for wanting to improve my skills from basic to at least good.

I'll be on and off the site trying to grasp the basics and detailing all from the camera rather than most of my editing on photoshop.
