newbie - thinking of buying CS5 - need some advice

Hi everyone,
I'm a newbie on here and have a question that I hope you can help me with.
I've been using PSE9 for a year now and having recently sold a camera, I'm considering re-investing the money in photoshop CS5 (cheapest price I've found is £399). So my question is:

a. is it worth it ?

b. would I notice a massive difference compared to PS elements ?

c. do you know anywhere selling cheaper than £399

Well it's a lot more versitile than elements but whether it's better for you or not is going to depend on the sort of work your using it for.
Elements 11 is due out fairly soon, so you might want to wait and see how that compares, you;ll also have the latest process 2012 in that (same as CS6)

Prices are the same everywhere give or take. I assume you mean cs6 as this is the current edition. As for whether its worth it, not worth the extra £300 over elements but if you have someone in your family in education you can buy it for £150, so then its worth it!
