Newbie...... looking for a sigma 70-300 APO

Hi there,

I've been having a look round the site, and well impressed with the quality of photography on display and the level of advice given out to people on all sorts of issues.

I've always been keen on getting into SLR photography but never had a DSLR until a fortnight ago when I saw a good deal on a Sony a200, and thought, right, now's the time to start, and for the price i couldn't say no for a decent entry level camera, so i snapped it up.

My main thing i like photgraphing is MotoGP but never got any photos that i can blow up and be proud of, as i've only had a 4MP dimage z3 until now, and with the Donington round coming up in a few weeks, i really would like to get hold of a Sigma 70-300 APO lens to accompany my alpha (which i'm well chuffed with btw ).

Can any regulators etc. give me some advice on how to view the classifieds, or let me know the exact rules as i can't seem to see the rules in full and how to get that section unblocked.

I was able to see the adverts as soon as I had registered. Got a feeling it'll be a long time before I can post there though.

I get the impression buyers get around the 1 month and 100 post pre-reqs by PMing the seller through the board.
