Newbie in the photography world

Hey there, names terry, from west Sussex. Recently brought my 1st DSLR, a Nikon D3100. I play a lot of sports and really like the thought of good action shots.

Also trying to teach myself photo editing.
Have taken a few photos of my mate sparring and at a boxing venue although there is was a little dark and didn't have the right settings.....all a learning curve tho

Also have taken a couple of pics of some churches around my area

Anyway, Hi and I look forward to using the forum

welcome to the forum Terry - youre right it is a learning curve and a bloody huge one at that

still practise makes perfect - or so they say
