Newbie! Hello and what do you think of this?

Just realised I didn't properly introduce myself...

As well as being forgetful, I am a beginner to intermediate photographer in Liverpool. I have been surrounded by semi-pro photographers all my life and have had several instructions drilled into me (although may not all seem apparent on here!) about what and how to take pictures.

I have recently been attending an evening course on DSLR photography, the results of which (and future pics) will surely be appearing on here soon... please comment (constructively!) if you feel you can help me out, thanks

Hello Caroline.

I like it. It would have been better if you had panned down a bit at the time, other cropping a bit of empty space from the top would have helped focus the eye on the fireworks a bit more.
