Newbie from sunny bolton

Hi guys im new here and to photography (sort of)
I have joind this forum to learn more about how to use my camera and take better photos.

I purchased a Canon 400D about a two years ago. I have two lenses with it, Canon 18-55mm efs and a Tamron 55-200mm.

I really dont have much of a clue in regards to the settings on the camera. I was using the auto settings and then decided to play with the manual modes. I did use some tips off the internet in regards to setting up my camera for taking pics in the snow, and came up with some ok-ish pics.

I hope to learn alot from you experts and i hope i am welcome here
