My name says it all.....

I'm from Wantage in Oxfordshire.

Previously owned a number of point and shoots. My first DSLR was a Sony A380 bouhgt in Dec 2010 and upgraded to Sony A77 yesterday.

My favourite subject matter - Motorsports and Macro or Close up photography. I am also perversely obsessed with weird angles and soft HDR.

Looking forward to learning a bit from here to improve my shots.

I was close to your neck of the woods this morning taking pictures of the Kites, freezing it were :D
 
Hi Martin, It certainly was... coincidentally, I've just been to a party in your neck of the woods :lol - was in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
