Newbie from Milton Keynes

Hi all, I thought it was about time to start posting, I've been lurking since january. I have been using a Canon 700D for just over a year and what a ride it has been, I could never have thought how much effort you have to put in just to get that one amazing photo. Youtube has been my tutor for the past year but there is much to learn and I doubt you ever stop learning with an art like photography.

I'm on the search for a tripod now and have come across this https://www.manfrotto.co.uk/shop-by...-kit-alu-3-sec-tripod-w-90-column-and-3w-head I haven't decided exactly what type of photography i want to persue but I like night, portraits, wildlife and architecture. My next step is to get a 35mm f2 IS USM or a 50mm f1.4 USM and then eventually a 70-200mm f2.8L IS II USM.

What are your thoughts on the above items?

The 70-200 MKII is an absolute stinker of a lens and well worth a purchase
