newbie flash question

hi got my yongnuo 465 + 460 mk2 today.Never used flash before.Any advice welcome.How i get them to work together?
 
Well for basic setup..
Your 465 is TTL compatible so you could put this on camera and set your 460 II to slave mode.
Your camera will set the 465 automatically but the 460 will need adjusting manually.

or you could purchase a trigger set (1xtransmitter and 2xreceivers) for full manual setup..
Transmitter fits in hotshoe on camera and flashes sit in receivers, when the camera shoots it sends a signal to the receivers..

Check out (FITP) flash in the pan`s thread in advertisers section for flash equipment..

465 flashes away but 460 not doing anything.Tried TTl on 465 wwith s1 on 460+ man with s2 not happening.What should my camera settings be?

Is the 460 not doing anything whilst on the camera or off the camera.
