Hi, I Joined yesterday after finding others who were at the granite city rally and found a wealth of great pics and info so I'll no doubt be sticking about.
I have a Fuji S602 zoom, with no extra lenses, filters or anything like that, just a vanilla s602 and a crappy tripod. I understand that a longer shutter = more light, aperture afects focal length and that's about it so I have a lot to learn and I hope to be improving my photos and getting enthusiasm and inspiration to go out and take more.

Thanks to those who have already commented on some of my pictures.. it's interesting to see how some people like an image that others don't really think much of.
That said everyone is very friendly and constructive about their comments.
