Nikon are about to release an all new lens the,

Nikon 35mm f1.8 G AF-S DX Lens

At last we are getting a "Nifty Fifty" as it should look.:clap:

Sorry if this is old news and it's been posted before, but i'm quite excited about this lens.

P.S. It.s thought to be priced around £200

I hear what your saying, but IIRC nikons other 35mm is about £1000+ although it is f1.4

I did a search but only came up with 3 "old" threads with "nikon" "50" and "lens":thinking:

I posted a "dupe" on this too.

If you type 35 into the search engine you get this:

Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms.

The following words are either very common, too long, or too short and were not included in your search : 35
 
I need a crash course on searching:shake:

Do i need to press the report button to get the Mods to close the thread, or will the world end as we know it if i do that:lol:
 
You can report it - if you ask them nicely they might "merge" the 3 threads other together into some sort of uber thread, as its clear there is a lot of interest in this lens.

Personally I'm going to buy one.
