Just popping in to say hello, new member here.
Always had a interest in photography, but never enough to get out of the auto modes, that's recently changed and now I'm using priority modes and playing around with manual settings.
Used a Nikon D7200 for years, and recently made the jump to mirrorless going all out on a Z8 and 24 - 120 F4 s and a 100 - 400s, and I have to say learning manual is easier on mirrorless for sure for me. seeing the viewfinder image change as i change settings is helping me learn, I understand how it works I think its more a case now of learning how to apply the right settings at the right time.
Interests is mainly wildlife and aviation, but would also like to try some more landscape shots at some point soon too, live close to the Jurassic coast so have plenty of opportunity for that!
