Hi! Thought I'd sign up after passively absorbing a large amount of helpful advice from these forums. :D

Used to be heavily into my film photography back when I was a teenager, took a long time away from it, and now at 40 randomly got the urge to buy myself a DSLR (then an upgrade, then another upgrade - I can see how this is going already!) and combining it with my love of wildlife and nature as a bit of a therapy thing - blimey, technology has come a long way!

Doing it all on a very tight budget, but quite happy with some of the shots I have taken so far after a little reorientation to the digital age. No doubt I shall have many rather stupid questions in the future!
