Hey everyone.
Just wanted to reach out and say HI
Here is a little bit about me.
I am 31, an ex soldier of 10 years, now proud owner of my own communications business - turning a small profit every year....for more camera gear
I have had an interest in photography on and off for a number of years and got to a stage in life where I wake up every day wanting to get the camera out and take photos.....
My first dslr was a Nikon D40x with the standard 18-55mm VR kit lens.
Worked very well for basic camera.
I then upgraded to a Canon EOS 550D with the 18-135mm Kit lens to see what else I could learn.
I have now owned my new Nikon D7000 and various lenses for a couple of weeks now and I have to admit......its a very good bit of kit......although I did have to go out and buy a new neck strap - neoprene.......the camera is a heavy b****r at times
Anyway, I am no where near the level i'd like to be in the photography world so I am here to learn more from all you guys and girls.
Check out some of my samples on my Flickr link below.
Cheers.
Steve.
