Just joined the forum this evening, I'm Neil from Wirral, just purchased a 7D from a fellow member who recommended this place. I'm self employed within the risk management business and have an interest in music and birdwatching. Looking forward to contributing on here and learning from experienced folk.

Hi Neil I'm new to to, I've just started doing photography I love bird watching most days I'm out in my garden taking shots of birds,, I'm trying to get a good close shot of a buzzard we do get them near us but always high in the sky...

Hi minimoo, buzzards are big birds when they do come down to feed. Normally pick them up with a spotting scope tbh, maybe the DSLR can be connected to same?

Yes, we're lucky here with the sunsets and Hilbre Island not to mention the Liverpool waterfornt
