My name is Phil from Walkden, I would describe myself as an enthusiastic amateur with a camera. I have a love of the outdoors so its no surprise that landscapes and macro are my favourite subjects. I have met several forum members at a shoot at Dunham Massey and really enjoyed that day. Their knowledge and friendly advice swayed me to join this forum. Looking forward to more friendly and honest feed back to help me to improve my photographic skills.

Just realised who you are after your comment on my last post, great to see you on here really pleased you joined, it was a good day out and good to meet you :thumbs:
 
Still finding my round this forum so I forget to check threads etc. I was wondering if you remembered me. It was a good day out and it was that which convinced me to join the forum.

Hi Phil, a mate of mine lives over in Walkden and I used to live in Astley on the other side of the east lancs. I now live in Liverpool the other end of the east lancs.
