Hoping to get back into photography in a more creative and serious way, rather than just the family snaps that I've taken over the last few years.

Looking for inspiration and advice!
 
Hello from a fellow newbie I dont have much advice to give but am gaining much valuable knowledge from the experienced members on here

Welcome. I love Pembrokeshire, frequently spend holidays there, we've worked our way around from pembrey/Kidwelly all the way to cardigan over the last few years.

Which part are you in? I think around dale, or maybe solva are my favs.

Thanks for all the welcoming posts. Byker, I live close to Haverfordwest so all the coast is in pretty easy reach. Yes, Dale and Solva are nice, but there are plenty of hidden gems that even in summer are relatively quiet. I shouldn't be short of inspiration!

Lucky person, love it around there.
Love the bay before dale and walk along the beach to the nature reserve with the little dam and stones across the river.
 
Byker, Stepping stones across the bay - I guess you are talking about Sandy Haven. I used to live in the village directly above and walk the dog down to the beach. Idyllic and mostly undiscovered.

I'm another one who love Pembrokshire I visit Tenby/Saunderfoot at least once a year. Such a lovely part of the world I'm really want to get back down soon and visit St Catherines Island
