ooook the bonues are out and it seems that i have the cash for a 200-400mm usm L is thingy, (always wanted one for the air shows and wild life shots)
went to the experts for advice, Tim the 16y jessops saturday boy said if i buy this lens i can get my money back in a few weeks, seeing as the likes of the BBC and WWF, RSPB and most wild life magazines will buy all the shots i take because it is the 100-400mm without even checking them, also said this is how a bloke called Andy Rouse started (never heard of him) he also said girls will throw themself's at me when they see the size of my push pull tube, Well that done it for me!
mine is on order, so please girls.. contain yourself's. :nuts:

ps: not completly thick, orderd it off Kerso. :woot:

Jessops monkeys - my favourite brand of idiot.

To be fair - there is a Jessops sales assistant in Guildford that knows a fair bit about lenses and, given three opportunities, can tie his own laces at least once.

Congrats madpup - you're going to love it :thumbs:
 
Congrats and a good choice. I got half way through your post and was like "no, please say he hasnt ordered it from them" and was then relieved to get to the end of the post and see you had made a very wise decision :thumbs:

Very good choice and make sure you post up some shots when the len arrives :)
