Unfortunately it's the British South Wales, not Australia
Since I've got the summer off before I go back to college, I thought I'd try out some photography as loads of people on the Astra forums (who recommended this website) get some great shots which interested me.
With a bit of research and a limited budget, I opted for the Fuji S1730, bought an 8GB sound card and a decent sized bag from Amazon. It's a lot of camera for £137 (Argos vouchers
) so I was happy to try it out. With a bit of help from the lads, I've started discover better use of the camera and experiment with all different ISO's, shutter speeds and apertures for better pictures. First of all I somehow got a load of pink sky shots but I sorted that problem out now. This is what I mean:
After going through the forum and looking at other peoples pictures, it's helped motivate me a lot to get the best the camera can get and try out new things though
Fair play to you all, you've got some amazing skills which I hope I can get up to that level one day!
