Hi everyone - congratulations on a great site 
) I've been playing around with a Panasonic Lumix FZ38 for a few months, and have managed to get some good shots (more luck than judgement it has to be said!). Recently did a local weekend course in 'portraits and lighting' which I really enjoyed, but camera's lack of hot shoe caused more than a few problems in a studio setting (ended up borrowing the tutor's professional Canon). So currently preparing myself for some rather expensive shopping... Looking forward to learning a lot from you all - please excuse any dozy questions )
