New holster type bag for 7D/70-200/17-70

My self designed and 3rd world made holster type bag has finally died, and I'm looking for a replacement.

It must have quick access from the top(my current one has a zip top), but with space for my 7D with my 70-200L fitted, and space for my 17-70 (or whatever I replace it with) alongside. Obviously a few pockets etc for the associated junk would be useful too...any suggestions please?

The Thinktank jobbies are too small. I've had great difficulty finding anything suitable, which is why I had my last one tailor made. I can't be the only person with these simple requirements, but it would appear that there aren't
(m)any bags that suit my purpose:shrug:.

Because of the places I work, it needs to be zippable to keep the dust out, toploading and big enough for the body and 2 lenses...

Maybe I'll just get another one made out of stronger cordura when I'm in Asia in the winter.
 
What about the Retrospective 10 or 20? I have the 20 and can fit my 5DMKII and 70-200 f/2.8 in it no probs (hood reversed) and I've seent he same camera / lens in the Retro10 which is a little smaller... It's a sling type thing, would remind you of something Billingham'esq... many pockets etc etc...

The Retrospective 10 fails on the dust front:( No means of closing the bag apart from the flap. It'd be full of dust in minutes! Size looks good though.

The Outback would be a PITA to use as I often need to change lenses quickly, and trying to dig out a smallish lens from a deep pocket like those add-on jobbies would result in death and destruction before I'd managed it!

See, it's not so easy is it:thinking::)

I've used the Retro20 on a beach, I've used the Retro20 in a cave, I've used the Retro20 in a wind storm in Hungary... I'm starting to sound like the cat in the hat!!.. It's got little flaps that sorta go inwards inside the main flap - it closes down quite securely... I'm taking it to Africa in Monday, so happy to report back on the dust front if you like. --Sime
 
gtvone- Yes, please let me know how you get on. Where are you going?

I'm working currently in Cappadocia in Turkey, and we have a very fine sandy dust coupled with a strong breeze during the day here, that forces the dust everywhere:bang:
In winter I work in Myanmar, and have a very similar problem.

In these conditions, even a zip doesn't keep the dust out!
