I think you may have misunderstood what this sub-forum is all about :shrug: . . . this is for new members to post an introduction of themselves and to be greeted with open arms as they walk through the gates of TP!

I think this needs to be moved.

As for your concern, New Posts, I am not too sure I understand what your worry / concern really is, sorry :thinking:
 
When I browse this site I always check the new posts first... if my posts never reach this section then it goes without saying that people will potentially miss my posts :bat::bang::shrug:
 
Hi Steve,

You will never see your own posts in the New Posts list until the thread is updated with a new post since your last visit. Also, once you view a thread, when you go back to New Posts it will no longer show as it is no longer a "new" post to you.

I hope that clears up the mystery :)
