New Here, Can Anyone Help?

Hi
I'm new to the site and have no idea if this is the right place to ask for the help I need, so I apologise if it isn't. I need help editing, for want of a better word, a photograph.
My friend's mum has very recently passed away and I'm putting together a photo album of photos of them together for her. I have a photo of them both that is lovely but my friend hates how she looks on it because she's squinting one of her eyes and she thinks it spoils the photo, although she loves how it really captures her mum. So, I wanted to ask could anyone help "un-squint" her eye for me please? I'm sure there's an easy way of doing it on Photoshop or some other similar site but I'm totally clueless and would just really like to include this photo in the album for my friend at this very difficult time.
