Hello there, have bought myself a 450D after spending ages messing about with a point & shoot and not being able to get the shots that I wanted too.

I've since found out that there is a lot more to it than meets the eye!

Hopefully I'll pick up some tips here and eventually get around to sharing that knowledge one day...
