me and the the mrs have been thinking for a while to get a dog. we had the intention of getting one this year , her grandad owns a farm in north wales and we were going to get one through one of his contacts, but yesterday she was filtering through Free-ads online and found someone selling some puupies. so a couple of hours later we found our selfs round their house picking a puppy!,

they had a litter of 9 pups!

was really hard to get a photo cause it was quite hectic and and we were hudled on an upstairs landing so appologies for the poor pics..

they are 6 weeks old at the moment, and we wont be collecting him until begining of feb.

this is the one we are having. ( bad pic)

the dad, is absolutly lovely, been a fair few magazines, and has been copyrighted to a photographer too.

Jill keeps on about getting a dog ... she keeps looking at Wood Green inhabitants and would dearly love one ... but I am unsure as they are a real tie and I used to hate leaving my last one to go on holidays and day trips and stuff ... am I being unreasonable (rhetorical !) ... :thinking:


PS - don't really like any of those names as they are used a lot but it is a very personal thing isn't it ... :shrug:

Ven,, not working dogs no, purely as a pet, but we will be putting him into sports, like agility and fly ball..

so come on then... give me some names!?

Im with Ven, Id love another dog but Ive become very selfish with my time and not sure I could commit.
Also still sore over the death of my old Weimeraner a few years back... her name was Quill.

Your new dog is cute - glad you chose one with a white collar - really bright dogs too. Bought my sister one - he is called Nelly!
