New 4K 27" and above monitor - Which one?

Went onto Apple website and found a 27" Thunderbolt display but it seemed to have lacked 4K hence thought of asking for TPle's opinions here.

Any advice is much appreciated.

I felt for the monitor spec it was hugely over priced.

It is. The ports will stop working after about 6 months anyway.

right now this is probably the very best 4k display for under £1000. I think I'd get imac 4K if you were buying everything at once. Personally, I'm going to wait just a little longer, and hopefully take home one with aRGB colour gamut.

IMO.. the only thing that would be an upgrade over what I have now.

It's gonna be the wrong side of £3000 though I reckon.. Gulp!

I hope it's not ****ing 16:9 though. Eizo have already sold out and gone 16:9. I bagged one of the last 16:10 pro screens they made. If NEC go this route then there's nowhere left to go for pro screens.
