network problem kinda

hi Iv'e just bought a new phone and iam trying to connect it to my home network but I can't remember the network password.When i go to my network setting and click view or print password nothing happens??? why

unless youve changed it the password is normally stuck to the router

no dont think its that pin,i think it's one that was generated when i set up the network and foolishly never kept a note of it,but my pc's refusal to show it has got me miffed

i dont think there is any way to get a wireless password back from the pc is there, to be honest ive never had to try.

if you really cant remember then its time to log in to the router and reset it

What router do you have? On the netgear one I have you can connect to it to see and reset the password.
