Nest box

I have a nest box in my back garden which is occupied by a pair of blue tits and obviously some young in it which should be about to fledge any day now.

My question is-do you clear/clean the box out after the birds have fledged to get ready for next year or do you leave the nest in place hoping it will be occupied next year and give the birds a head start in nest making...

Im thinking i should clear it in a few weeks from now but not sure.

Clean it out later in the year mate, they may well have another brood yet.

I emptied my kestrel box out, the jackdaws were using it.
