NEEWER 75011 SPEEDLIGHT NOT FLASHING

hi I got a newer 72011 speedlight and when I go to take photos it don't seam to flash I have put new batteries in and still the same I push the pilot button that still don't work in lost and also new to all this
sick scratching my head confused lol. My mate has the same one his works fine I'm guessing its faulty … just wondering if anyone can help

Why not ask your mate to try your flash and see what he thinks, that should stop you wondering if it's broken or not?

I did he used his for a wedding and his daughter used mine said that it just wouldn't flash half the time when his was flashing one after another

Might be worth your mate checking it just to make sure it's not on some sort of obscure setting first before you pronounce it dead and chuck it in the recycle skip or make a warranty claim?
