Need to upgrade my website - please help

My current website is clearly out of date (over 1 year old content that hardly reflects my portfolio).

I need a new solution, something that would perhaps allow me to make sales via paypal. The galleries should be easy to update, and to add more images. Ideally it would be HTML based and simplistic / clean, no Flash (I hate flash on my mac).

This sounds quite generic. For example, smugmug offers a fairly nice solution but only for the US. I would expect majority of my print or licence sales to come from the UK.

I would like to keep the costs reasonable considering this may or may not work at all.

I would consider putting my website address on postcards and sell them in Bristol for a very small profit.
What are the other ways to get more visitors to the site?

Been using it a month, absolutely love it.
Very simple. Sort your own pricelists, upload the images... let them do the work.
