I got a pandora charm braclet and 2 charms for xmas of my OH ( well 27/12/08) as he give me the money to go buy them.
Well last monday 2/3/08 i was visiting my friend in hospital and i moved my arm to get my bag and the braclet fell off!.
I wasnt to bothered because i thought well ive got the reciept and its only 2 months old etc.... luckly i had noticed before i lost the carms aswell. i went on monday to take it back but the shop was closed.
My mum took it back for me today and she said the woman was horrible to her saying that it hasnt just 'broke' it was obviuosly snapped/snagged etc.. we will have to send it to another shop to be analyised and i could have to pay for a repar.
Its a thick braclet and its not a normal chain its like interlocking coil. i have a feeling that it wont be able to be fixed, because of the type of chain, i dont think you can just change a link etc. It wasnt cheap either.
Im more annoyed thought because everyone i spoke to when it broke was like yea just take it back its only 2 months old they'll swap it , but now there making out its my fault . Also its going to take 10 days before i find anythign out .
