Need some photoshop help

I have set-up a template for a proofs sheet, is there a easy way to crop a batch of photos down to 3"x2" and place them in the correct place on the proof card? or is a question of doing it all manuallly?

There's a tab under 'file' 'automate' 'contact sheet' that allows you to choose the number of rows/columns if that helps

Easily done.
Go to your actions and click new action (Looks like create new layer button)
Start processing your first image on to the 3X2"'s wherever you want.
Finish up anything else you need to do and save the file.
Stop the action.
Run that action for every proof you need to do.
Or if you have litterally hundreds to do... Once you have your action in the Actions panel.
Go to File>Automate>Batch
In the Play section select your newly made action and for the rest you decide what settings you use.
