Need help with processing

Please be gentle with me, took some photos of friends new baby (my first attempt) went well but hard work.

I like this photos I know the leg is out of focus but the parents like it, I just feel it needs sharpening etc.

Advise on what to do with it and also how to. New to photoshop. Sorry for the big ask.

Try in the Post Processing section as I'm sure you will get some help there.

Unfortunately due to what appears a slow shutter speed and no flash (no highlights) and incorrect white balance it all looks unsharp, in fact only the middle of the suit looks sharpish, so no amount of post processing witll sharpen it.

Use flash next time, and NO it will not hurt the baby, especially as it is not looking at the camera.
