I am after a nice HD camcorder I have the one I am interested in

But I just need to know is this one going to record good high quality footage? Reason I ask is a lot of camcorders brag they are HD but it seems most are just the resolution and quality is pretty low to medium. I'm no good with understanding specs & I will be using it for film making and special fx. I need a camera that shows great quality and low motion blur, for motion tracking purposes because the better the quality the easier it is for my motion tracking software to apply tracking data.
I was looking at some of the Film production cameras but they are way out of my price range
