Yes there is its been a few years but if I remember correctly legally you must inform the other party that you are recording the call

yeah that's what I meant, not "illegal" persay if done correctly.

Actually only 1 side of the phone call need to know its being recorded.

Just implementing a call recording system at work and have had the solicitors on it last week.
