Need a point in the right direction..

Ive got a sony A200 and a hvl-f42am flash..

I want to get a brollie, stand etc.

What mount do i need? And do i need anything else?

If its a hot shoe flash, then a bracket that will mount on your light stand, that has a hot shoe mount on top and a hole for the shaft of your umbrella eg. manfrotto or calumet one or even ones on ebay but I found the cheap ones nasty and flashguns prone to slipping off.

triggers I'd go with CACTUS v4'S cheap and pretty reliable

You'll need an adapter before you can use your camera with a radio trigger, Sony's hotshoe is non-standard.
There are normally some very cheap ones on Ebay
