No
to get all my stuff in. It doesnt have to be really portable, just someplace to store it all and maybe carry to the car.
I have looked at a Tamrac Pro 12 Bag, well just the picture. I cant visualise sizes, why dont they ever advertise camera bags with people next to them, or even carrying one!

Anyway, i will welcome any suggestions, but nothing too expensive.
It needs to fit a Nikon D300 with 80-200 f2.8, preferably attached sometimes, an 18-200vr, 70-300vr Sigma 10-20 a Nikon SB800 flash and a few more bits and bobs.

sevendayshop.com has lowepro nova 2's at 16.99. may be big enough

No, that wont even hold the camera with 80-200 attached. Overall length of the camera and lens is almost 29cm, I want to get this, 3 other lenses and a flash in.
But thanks anyway, anybody used a Crumpler Brians Hot Tub?

I had a look at those, but cant get my head around their sizes and carrying capacity. Its difficult just looking at a picture of an empty bag!
I have seen 3 now that seem to suit. Kata R102, Crumpler Brians Hot Tub and Tamrac Adventure 9.
The Kata states it hold a DSLR with 80-200 f2.8 ( just what I have) so seems the right size, the other two look very similar and the Tamrac took an award recently from Digital Camera Buyer.
Anybody have any of these with opinions?

Have a look at www.cambags.com

I have a Tamrac Expedition 8 to hold my kit to which will shortly be added a further body, grip and flash

I have a Lowepro Vertex 300. I carry:

D300
D80
Sigma 10-20mm
Sigma 24-60mm
Tamron 90mm Macro
Nikon 70-200 f2.8 VR (can have it attached to D300 or not)
SB-800 Flash
Various filters and cables
MacBook
Tripod

Its bloody heavy but it all fits nicely, with some spare room.

i looked at this bag very closely, get bag.. i was so tempted

Well, thanks for all the advice, i finally made a decison and went for the Kata R102. I liked the idea of storing the camera and lens ( D300 and 80-200 f2.8 AF-S) in an easy to get to compartment.
I dont suppose this will be the last bag I buy, lots more ideas in your posts for when i decide i bought the wrong one....again...
