Anyone used these people for any of their hide days?
Not a lot of info on their website but seems interesting for hide photography opportunities ... would be interested in any reviews/information :)

Yes, I went on one of their Kingfisher workshop days, was a great set up and came away with a lot of shots I was very happy with. https://www.flickr.com/photos/mikeboss/albums/72157633057237225

Let me know if you need any further information.

Thanks Mike, I've booked for a day next week so hope to come away with some good images ... there's an opportunity to do multiple hides so should be interesting :)

You'll love it, if you get a chance to go to the little owl hide, do so, just one word of advice there, don't do what I did and put down a handful of mealworms. An owl came down, filled his boots, then I never saw him again!

Ah yes, no over-feeding :D
I see you had a 100-400, I'll be taking a 500 f4 which I hope will be suitable.

Their Droitwich site is just up the road from me, so I have been there a number of times, and went to their open day last Friday. I find 500 on a crop is a bit too long for some hides so I take my 100-400 as well. The 500 is great for static little owl shots but not for in flight, and is definitely too long for both the kestrel and reflection pool hides. It is perfect for posing kingfishers, however.
