I believe he is sueing, He drinks at a bar local to me and the accident has devastated his life and the life of his partner. I don't think that any amount of money could compensate for what they have had to endure.

A mate of mine is the IT bloke at a school heavily committed to computers. He's had a lot of problems with some of the girls exchanging e-mails with prisoners at the local prison.
