We've been trying to figure it out all evening, and my google-wu has failed me.

I dont know which is the more sad.. you sitting their trying to work this out at 1am or me spending the last half hour since you posted, trying to work it out. Still I am currently 7 hours ahead, so I have just woken up - thats my excuse.

Have had a good google around and ended up on a couple of GH websites - she looks a bit like Jane Bishop (played by actress Joann Kenny). There is a photo on this link page (bottom photo) - see what you think.
