North England N/W - Manchester/Cheshire

Hi All,
Looking for some architectural locations to shoot within maybe an hour's radius of Manchester airport. Anyone got any strong suggestions? I've done Salford Quays (or at least Media City) already.
Looking for sites that are good for both day and night.

Also, there's a website that allows you to tag good locations that I've seen referenced on here but I can't for the life of me remember the name! If anyone could jog my memory it'd be appreciated.

Could try the Nothern Quarter or Castlefield (near Deansgate locks station)

Cheers all. Going to have a bash at Withington Pumping station as well I think. Might do a night trip to the NQ as well, I'm out tomorrow shooting Nordic Giants in town anyway...
