Day 15

My Dad holding a python skin that belonged to my granddad, it is 13ft in length and over 100 years old. How my granddad got hold of it we don't know.

My Dad is 6ft 1 and it still has a load to unroll towards the tail end.

Great start to your 365 - good luck with it.

No 2 is my favourite of the 3.

Just done a quick check of the exif to make sure you weren't cheating on the dates :lol:

Keep it up and I look forward to seeing more.

Loving them. The balloon one was hard to do I bet.

Some great shots there Julian - i'm struggling to pick a favourite. I guess I would have to go for the fireworks.

Good luck with the 365 mate:thumbs:

Ian

I'm struggling for inspiration on day 10 :-) I am hoping to get out tomorrow all being well

This could be a very powerful 365, I wish you the very best - Shoot every shot with your smile and it will shine right through your picture :)

What a great shot number two is - i'm going to have to try something similar myself, it won't be anywhere near as good as that though!

Have you got a flickr with these on..? Will be a lot easier for me to follow you project.

No mate for some reason I can't understand how it works, I have it on my website if that's any help.

Hi Julian,

I am glad to see that you have come on leaps and bounds in the last few weeks, there is some really good stuff there.

I look forward to seeing the rest of your 365.

Pete

No 11 is nicely exposed, but please can you straighten it ;)

Number 2 is great!! Well done. I also love Day6 and Rivington, both for very different reasons mind.

Thank you

Why thank you Pete very kind of you.

No 11 is nicely exposed, but please can you straighten it ;)

I have been trying to, unfortunately I was slightly off centre when I took the photo as I couldn't get my chair central. I have just been trying to straighten it in lightroom and failing each time. Must be something Im doing wrong:bang:

I'm only just getting round to checking out other people's 365s, I'm really disorganised :p. Well where to start on yours, there some amazing shots in here already! I love 1 and 2! Did 1 require much PP or did it come off like that? How did you go about doing no 2 (if you don't mind sharing)? Lovely dog too btw. :). Any idea what kind of snake skin you've got there?

There are some great shots here Wheels! Love the balloon idea - think me and my little fella could have some fun trying that out!

Will be following your thread...

(So sorry to read about your Aunty O - my condolences to you and yours.)

Thanks number 1 was pretty much as I took it, number 2, an empty bottle filled with water with pink food colouring, hung upside down over a bucket, Mrs Wheels with her finger holding the water in until I said let go and as she let go I did a few burst shots, then in pp cropped and image rotated 180 so it looks like its fizzing upwards. It was a python we think..
