I purchased the Nikon D810 & 24-120 kit

Price was unbeatable by the competition
One item was delayed for a couple of days and the others posted immediately. Once in the post it took 2-3 days to arrive.
All equipment tested and performing correctly. No focus problems, decentering of lenses or other issues.
Points of note:
1 - the packaging was minimal. An outer box fitting exactly with no additional padding or a plastic postage bag for another item. It therefore relied solely on the Nikon packaging to keep it safe. It worked. I tested thoroughly. But it doesn't leave me entirely confident.
2 - All manuals except the SB-910 came in English or were multi-language. The SB-910 flash was Japanese only. You can easily download the manual for the flash from Nikons site so this is not much of an issue. I don't think there is much of a difference in price when buying the flash locally, so I would query whether or not the difference in price was worth a paper manual.
3 - its a good guarantee. When compared to bricks and mortar shops, I have always bought locally/uk based to support small photography shops and the last 3 have gone bust leaving me with no recourse for faulty goods. So why not try a foreign supplier that seems to have a good name, good guarantee, and good price?
4 - I use this for business and have taken almost 6000 shots in the last month, with the body and both lenses. The equipment has performed impeccably. The flash has only been used in testing to date.
I'll provide an update should anything go wrong and I need to rely on the guarantee.
But overall, I would feel confident in ordering from them once again.
More so, with more robust packaging.
