my 1st go at editing motorbike, i need more tips

hello, right after getting some pictures at BSB snetterton i thought they were ok, just lacking in colour, but i am not really that great at using these editing things

ok here is the picture i took



and here is one some one on here had a play with after i asked them to, cropped and brighter.

i did`t crop it, just played with the colours, is this any good, how can i make it better.

Was this what you were thinking / looking for?

I made another layer of the original photo, boosted the colours via saturation then changed the layer style to an overlay and then reduced the fill to reduce the "over saturation" to taste.
