Hi

I am sure I am asking a super silly question here but today since its raining I thought I would have a go at multiple exposure - never tried it before. I read a little, set the camera up on a tripod in my kitchen, with the aim of getting a picture of me, in my kitchen in 3 or 4 different positions, at the sink, making a cuppa tea, at the stove etc. I have seen several people positing some great examples of this type of picture on here, so I thought I would have a go.

When I was happy with the settings on the camera, I positioned myself where I wanted myself and the resulting image is just a clear picture of my kitchen and 3 very faint outlines of me in each position.

So, the examples of multiplicity which I am seeing on here..... are the highly editted to make them less faint? or am I missing something?:bonk

Thanks in advance for any help you may lend

Hi Dave

I have not taken it off the camera yet, being new to this I sort of expected it to just work!!!
I took 3 shots, this was the maximum my d90 would allow. What software do you recommend I have photoshop but I am not very good with it.

Take your 3 exposures and put them on different layers in photoshop and erase parts to leave yourself in the 3 positions

ohhh lovely, thank you Dave! I am not very good in photoshop but I suppose the only way I will learn is to keep trying. Thanks for your help
