its just an office. They have a reception as thats where i've dropped off a lens before but no specific showroom like a normal camera shop.

iv'e picked up a lens from MPB a couple of years ago and like rob-nikon has already said it's basically an office with a recreation area for the staff

if you are considering picking up an item and paying cash your better off arranging this in advance and take some id with you with a print of the transaction. they will give a little discount to offset the cost of postage but they want to put it back into your bank rather than discounting the cost of postage from the cash price at the time of sale
it took 3 months for the discount to appear in the bank account in our case and took a bit of chasing to make it happen

They are a warehouse with a reception desk. You won't be able to tell what is behind the walls from the outside.

A bit like a mini Amazon I expect, a warehouse obviously, to store all the merch - but you cannot browse physically, all the gear is boxed up post inspection.

I've been there a couple of times - they'll literally get you to wait just in the entrance and will come down with your stuff in a lift.

Wear earplugs - radio was at full volume both times!
