This ^^^ they're likely just trying to work out if there is any fat they can trim off the advertising budget

Interestingly, the same question in the Amateur Photographer survey also mentions TP. Well, I thought it was interesting anyway! (Actually, I have a feeling that at least one of their mod team is also a member here and know of a few members of both forums/fora.)
